Quiet place; friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was superb continental style. Location was ace, right in the heart of Shermbeck and convenient for walks along the canal, restaurant next door, pizza place up the road. Didn't bring my swimming kit but there was also a pool !
Would have been nice to have a brew in the room, but you did have access to the coffee machines in the dinning area.

The small balcony and the pool
The toilets and shower. Needs renovations took nearly 5 minutes to get hot water from the shower and the shower door was jammed
