El servicio al cuarto y el almuerzo estaba rico

Dieron falsa información por la pagina web y no tenia aire acondicionado

El hotel es todo lo que necesitas para un viaje de turismo, buscas comodidad, confort, sentirte como en casa, aquí nos sentimos así, el personal muy atento, muy amables, la limpieza siempre al día, el desayuno delicioso y fresco, la ubicación buena, caminas unas cuantas cuadras y estás en la plaza. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Que me ofrecieron una habitación y el día que llegue me cambiaron, cuando reclame me dijeron q tenia q aumentar $5 + por noche.

I would've prefer the mini fridge to be in the lounge area instead of it being so close to the bed. The noise at night wasn't pleasant.

SMART TV DID NOT WORK

The hotel is very central, breakfast is really nice and tasty, the staff is really helpful. The bed is so comfortable

The walls are very thin so you can hear everyone next to your rooms. If you need to sleep early, this is not helpful.

We loved the huge jet bath, easily fit in there NEXT TO each other. We've not seen a bath like that before, and it was very nice. Nice king-size bed Beautifully designed rooms

It was pretty dirty with hairs everywhere. We had to ask the hotel to clean the rooms (again?), and it appeared they didn't have a vacuum cleaner. Also, we requested a different room, but that was also dirty. When the cleaning lady came over (with only a broom 🧹), she immediately asked if it was clean, even though you could clearly see (long) hairs lying all over the place. When we pointed those out, she cleaned those up and asked immediately afterwards if it was okay now. Even though you could still see hairs on other places. Conclusion: a great hotel, but you should really review your cleaning staff, as they seem pretty lazy. Even though your rooms are beautiful (they really are), they drag your rating down. Also, get a freaking vacuum cleaner, please. Brooms are not good enough.
