Staff were really helpful and friendly . The location is great as it right on the ski slope.
Internet was very slow and the onsen was full in the evening with a group of tourists who did not respect the onsen etiquete.

Staff was really nice! Breakfast and Dinner was amazing and had a huge variety. Fitness room and onsen available. Probably ideal If you Golf or Ski as its secluded. Shop inside with canned beer If you want to save the 3000yen for all you can drink during Dinner.
Variety of activities outside available (Park Golf, Badminton, Things for Kids...)for an extra charge.
No directly good view on Mt Yotei from If that was your plan. A bar on the highest floor would be great.
