the hotel is excellent. our suite was very big and very clean. large bathrooms, a great view. the private onsen was perfect. the kids really enjoyed the treasure hunt.
the breakfast was just ok, we expected more. we stayed in the summer and almost everything around the hotel was closed.

Enormous room (Suite) with 2 separate bathrooms, a fully kitted out kitchen and a washing machine. 2 Large bathrooms. Excellent location, clean, spacious, very friendly helpful staff. We stayed in July so probably very different to when it's a bustling place during ski season. Loved having so much space in the room. The hotel facilities were good with a decent'ish gym (I like a gym with lots of weights and machines).
The rowing machine in the gym was faulty. Honestly, we loved the hotel and the resort so can't complain.

Love everything. Location is easy to access. Restaurant served nice and good quality dishes, dinner and breakfast. The unit is exceptionally spacious, clean and well-equipped. We all enjoyed our stay. Next time, we will be with Setsu longer than one night.
