設備ロケーション、スタッフの丁寧さが素晴らしい．部屋の使いやすさも改めて感じた。
朝食で一品メインを選んであとは、ビッフェ。しかし、後から来た人達からメインが運ばれ朝食が終わり部屋へ。私達は自分で取ったビッフェが食べ終わるのに、いつまでも来なかった。スタッフへ声掛けをして数分後にやっと運ばれたこと。

Very kind staff and peaceful location. Property is beautiful and right on the slopes with private Reserve gondola.
No ice bath in the onsen. This would have been a huge benefit.

Clean, rooms were excellent
No lights to see clothes. It was very dark.
Food was very average. To much oil and battered food. Not enough fresh vegetables and fruits. No basic food it seemed all processed.
