We stayed for two nights at Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri. Overall, we were very pleased with the spacious and comfortable room, the modern and well-maintained onsen, and the welcoming, professional front desk service. The location is more secluded compared to the livelier Hirafu area, but having a car made getting around completely hassle-free, making for an enjoyable stay.
However, the dinner buffet was a major disappointment. The food quality was subpar, the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the pricing was unreasonably high. It was definitely not up to the standards of the resort, nor does it match the quality expected in Niseko.

The bed was good and not too soft like the others.
We were downgraded to a standard twin instead of my booking for a Deluxe twin room. During check-in they already prepared the standard room at the front desk and not because my wife was using a walking stick and told it would be convenient for her to be within the facilities.

Quiet hotel with very spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast spread. Didn't expect much during the summer / off season period but it turned out as a pleasant surprise.
