Good location. Restaurant in hotel was very good. Room comfortable and clean.
We had to lift 2 suitcases upstairs which wasnt pleasant as no lift on our floor

Excellent room with great view of Tasman sea. Nice dinner with great service.
The only hotel I've stayed anywhere in the world that would not automatically charge the dinner meal back to the room.
An extra 2 dinners and 4 breakfasts the restaurant did not sell us! Plenty of excellent options a short walk away.
Why would a hotel with an annual rainfall like Hokitika not have a covered area to load and unload luggage and passengers?

Room was tidy and nice
Was hoping for a room facing the beach, but got room on bottom floor onto the road, which was really noisy. Clock had super bright dial-which I had to cover. Reception staff were polite but need to be actually friendly.
