Its not new but spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff are the actual sweet ones.
The staff at the front desk definitely could have been warmer and nicer. They were not rude but definitely not the warm hospitality that matches UAE vibe.

The cost for what you get is exceptional. The location is good. The amenities for the room are excellent.
The hotel is pretty old and starting to see its age in the rooms. We were on the top floor and expecting things to be quiet but the laundry was above us and very loud throughout the day.
