We had a big family room

Not a nice side of town and not easy to walk anywhere with the traffic and heat. Room and furniture is dated and a little rough

Very comfortable, clean linen. Carpets are clean and do not smell. Fresh room air. Kitchen and living area well equipped. Nalifur at reception was excellent. The chefs were excellent, good mood and nice omelette during breakfast.

Could not connect to private secure WiFi network. Despite knowing that I had booked for kids extra linen was not available in the room I had to request on second day of stay.

The place is very nice and very accessible. We were assisted by Nilufar, she is very helpful ang friendly. The apartment is spacious and clean.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. the hotel location is central and close enough to most of the main attractions.

Breakfast buffet is not at the expected level in terms of food quality and variety. In fact, it is highly overpriced.

The facility is in a great location with Abu Dhabi mall a walking distance and other shops around. Entire facility was clean and well managed. Our apartment was well equipped with necessary facilities for a family's getaway comfort. Breakfast was buffet with varieties of food to select from. It's worth our stay. The well-fitness facilities were also awesome! Ms Manal and all the staff, including house-keeping and restaurant staff were polite and excellent in discharging their duties. Thank you all for your great services!

The rooms were rather too cold for us. We had to switch off all the ACs, yet the air circulation was too cold for us. There should be a way to regulate the temperature of the rooms for more comfort.

The ac in the hall wasn't working, the sofa bed was lumpy and pokey, the staff who came for the turndown service left our room open, the self parking didn't work as the keycard for the room didn'tgrant access to the parking, which we were not informed about, I had to circle again and ask for valet parking. The breakfast was ordinary at best.

Clean and accessible to many stores. You can cook and really feel at home.

this is the 2nd time i chose this property while i am visiting my fiance, this time around i loved their service and staff were very accommodating and nice, especially those people cleaning our room named “Danish” and “Shishima” i am not sure if i spelled their names correctly but they were amazing! also kudos to their receptionist Ms. Patricia she gave us an awesome view room! actually we stayed here for 3 weeks, they come everyday to clean our room and bring us bottled water and coffee packets. they have a good size pool at the rooftop with jacuzzi and gym. free ground parking. i would definitely book here again.

it’s not affordable, maybe because it is a 5star hotel. i want to stay longer but its not economical and if you have a tight budget then it’s not affordable to stay here. actually they gave me a promo after staying for 7days but still the price is still expensive. the receptionist was nice enough to gave us the same room which is the one bedroom room for the rate they gave me for a studio for another 2 weeks. the only this that bugs me when they clean our room they don’t usually dust our night stands inside the bedroom and the floor under the sink in the bathroom cuz it was so dusty, that’s the only thing i noticed with them, also some of the cleaners don’t change the bathroom rugs even tho it’s dirty or wet, i have to ask them to change it, depends who is assigned that day.
