The renovated rooms are quite good. The location is superb, short distance from a lot of restaurants, pubs and fine dining places.

Below-average breakfast, with inadequate staffing and disappointing food quality. Near five-star prices warrant a breakfast experience far better than two stars. Management needs to acknowledge the shortcomings and make meaningful improvements.
We booked a spacious room for three, but on arrival late in the evening, the third bed was missing, and the room was too small to accommodate three comfortably. The property should not have accepted the booking if it could not provide suitable accommodation.
The property refused cancellation under the non-refundable policy, leaving us with little choice but to pay approximately INR 32,000 extra for a one-bedroom apartment for four nights, bringing the total to around INR 92,000. That apartment was available for about INR 68,000 when we originally booked. Comparable five-star properties were offering accommodation for three, including breakfast, for less than we ultimately paid. We felt management prioritised additional revenue over fairly resolving the shortcomings of our original booking.
The renovated rooms were good, and the location ideal, but other aspects were disappointing. One lift had been out of service for a long time, and access to the gym required walking through an uninviting construction area, so we didn't use it. Breakfast was below average, with inadequate staffing and disappointing food quality.
Management needs to address these shortcomings and ensure that rooms offered for three can comfortably accommodate three. Prospective guests should carefully verify room size, bedding arrangements and the total cost before booking.

All was mostly good.
There were a reconstruction happening on the floor above. Drilling started 10.00 am everyday and level of noise was unbearable to stay in the room. I was not warned about it before check in. And stuff, including management, was reluctant to do anything about it. I was also told that it will be totally fine, if I’ll leave a low score with bad review.
