Location, general maintenance, clean rooms
Noise from the next room in the middle of the night and had to call front desk several times to get it addressed.

Great location, very convenient and recently renovated
Rooms were a little bit humid, I had to buy absorbia which helped the humidity in the room after 24 hours. I request the property to buy a dehumidifier and turn the air on when the guest is expected to check in.

Hotel had been renovated since our last visit in 2016. Excellent standard of the room including bathroom and spare toilet/laundry. The hotel was still under renovation but the disruption was absolutely minimal. The breakfast was truly outstanding and the although there was no restaurant for lunch/dinner, the hotel had a kitchen which provided exceptional quality food for room service. We used the laundry facility which was reasonably priced.
Reception wasn't able to provide a draft bill the night before checkout.....then 2 days later we receive a call saying that the hotel made an error and undercharged us so we needed to pay the additional amount otherwise the charges would be deducted from the employees' wages.....we had no issue with paying the additional charges as these were legitimate however we considered the penalty on the employees to be totally unacceptable. The issue was with the hotel's system so they cannot expect employees to take that responsibility.

All was mostly good.
There were a reconstruction happening on the floor above. Drilling started 10.00 am everyday and level of noise was unbearable to stay in the room. I was not warned about it before check in. And stuff, including management, was reluctant to do anything about it. I was also told that it will be totally fine, if I’ll leave a low score with bad review.
