The style, location, cleanliness, the breakfast. The waiter who attended us at breakfast everyday was really nice and helpful (didn’t catch his name) 😊

The only cons was the box under the AC made some sounds twice or thrice at night.

The hotel did their best to accommodate our early check in. They were helpful when storing bags etc.

Room was a bit hot despite air conditioning.

Wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable room with air conditioning. Beautiful area with river walk on doorstep. Held luggage until check-in time which was very much appreciated.

The old building (we understand its historic) honestly doesnt match the price you are paying. Our room smelled like smoke and we had to open the windows every time we came in. The shower had old curtains that were yellow / red at the bottom. Why no install a glass wall? Bathroom also smelled. Carpet in the room (some areas even two carpets above each other?) which is just unhygienic. Spa area super small. Breakfast huge disappointment. No fresh crossaints or bread. No ice coffee. Fruit was old. Egg is pretty sure not fresh but a mix from a box. Massage so expensive and disappointing. Asked for more pressure and she thanked me for the feedback but didn't apply more pressure. Would not recommend for this price.
