Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es sehr heiß war, konnten wir den Pool auch nach der Schließung noch nutzen. Ideal waren die Zimmer direkt am Pool. Frühstück war sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Zimmer absolut sauber.
Die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum hat lautstark mit einer Kollegin gestritten. Hat uns nicht begrüßt und war insgesamt, wenn auch nicht zu uns, unfreundlich.

La camera sostitutiva che ci hanno dato era molto bella, e moderna. Il letto comodo. In generale silenzioso.
Dopo un paio d'ore nella nostra stanza abbiamo avuto un problema con gli insetti in camera. Cosa che è stata risolta spostandoci di camera, sono stati gentili da darci una stanza più bella e moderna. La piscina nel pomeriggio d'estate aveva l'acqua calda.
