Everything, especially the staff!!
Only couple of things there was not a floor length mirror in the room and even though it was a three person room only two tea bags ect kept getting left.

A family run hotel with a great atmosphere, very professional staff without being remotely stuffy.
Road noise at the front of the property was intrusive if in the pool area

Everything. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. It was of a much higher standard than the other restaurants we visited in Desenzano.

breakfast great, staff lovely, room nice, location good
well let's see let them many messages and thru booking . com, that it was a special celebration, nothing was done. costco travel did all 3 of our other stays on trip.
