Beautiful hotel spotless the housekeeping team came every day to clean our room they were constantly cleaning the public areas too the staff were so helpful and friendly special mention to the night porter he was so friendly and helpful especially after we got caught in a thunderstorm one night he went and got us all towels so we could dry off before heading up to our rooms he is a credit to the hotel I hope the management team acknowledge his excellent customer service he really is a credit to the hotel the breakfast was fabulous cappuccinos brought to our table every morning with a smile fresh omelette cooked to order along with fruit pastries ham cheese youghurt cereals and fresh juices. Cocktails at the pool were very tasty and served to us with a smile would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
The pool area lacked atmosphere. I feel they could have a bit of background music playing in saying this the pool was lovely and spotless clean

The room met the expectations. It had a nice view of the lake.
Parking the car was difficult because the hotel has very few spaces and they were repairing the street just outside the hotel.

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpfull
It is more of a 3* plus than a 4 star. Bedroom didn’t have a full body mirror, very bare , toiletries were not replaced everyday, no body lotion, no conditioner . For a 4 star you expected more than what they provided .
Breakfast was good . I’ve stayed in much cheaper 4 stars with more charm and far better quality, service and food ! It looks nicer on the pictures. Too pricey for what it is!
