The location is fantastic. A stroll to the restaurants and bars and so handy for the ferries.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very good. I would definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony, especially if you are staying for more than two days, as the view is really nice.
The location is also a big advantage. You have the lakeside walk right in front of you, plenty of opportunities for photos, and the boat booking points are very close, which makes exploring Lake Garda very convenient.
The food was good overall. For a 4-star hotel I was expecting a little more variety at breakfast, but it was still enjoyable. I also spoke to a few other guests who mentioned they would have liked to see Greek yogurt as an option.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The main downside for me was the parking, which is around 800 metres away from the hotel. A member of staff will drive you to and from the parking area, which is helpful, but it can still be a little inconvenient. Make sure you don’t forget anything in the car, as going back to get it is not as simple as having the car parked directly at the hotel.
Considering the price I paid for two nights, I also felt the stay was a little expensive. I would happily visit again during a quieter period of the year if the price was lower.

The Hotel was a treasure to stay in. We had an excellent room with a balcony. The staff were very friendly. The range of food for breakfast was great. There was even a free taxi ride back up to the train station.

The location , fixing the bed when it broke . Staff were polite
There was no Wi-Fi in the room though it stated on booking.com that it should, I had to bring the reception guy to the room to convince them that no Wi-Fi or any internet ! Only in the lounge area, this cost me large amount of money using my uk data whilst in the room, no attempt to compensate or offer reductions for the lack of internet or any apology or any attempt to fix it . Very disappointing
The spa is not included! €20 per person per use for the use of the pool only !
