It is stunningly clean and the views are amazing and the food is so good! But above all the staff were absolutely lovely!

Breakfast
The lake view balcony was over a road and somewhat blocked by trees. There didn’t appear to be any other hotels with better options

Not very happy, as we phoned the hotel to arrange a taxi for our pick up at the train station and was told they couldn’t do this. I had messaged them the day before our arrival and the messaged back that we could get a taxi.
The breakfast was ok, but we were charged extra for an omelette and we thought the breakfast was included in our booking. The room was very very small!! Location ok
Not very helpful at the front desk and overall not very happy with our stay.
