It is an excellent lakeside location with uninterrupted views from our balcony room.
Nothing about the property the staff are delightful and helpful. However there is a bar close to hotel which was very noisy on Saturday night until 2.30am Had we known the staff would have reported the bar to local authorities for noise had we called them. Lesson learned, the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic about it.

Very helpful staff, lovely views, good breakfast,good service
Hotel was inbetween sirmione and Desenzano about a 45 min walk to both towns. Buses were erractic so we ended up doing a lot of walking. Also very few taxis which were very expensive.
