Location was amazing but our host was the best! He was instrumental in helping reach the lodging through Garda Shuttle and allowed is to enjoy Bergamo on the way from Lake Maggiore. His restaurant recommendations were excellent and his help with travel planning was invaluable. A+++ for his communication timeliness and support!
The only challenge is one bathroom on first floor and one on second floor with both bedrooms. Not impossible but in the middle of the night tough unless both couples share upstairs bathroom. Loved the two showers!

Tiziano was so helpful and instructive from even before we arrived that I felt like I was messaging a friend!
It’s a tricky little location to navigate but he made that pretty easy……. Though I think he realised we weren’t the brightest and he needed to spoon feed us!
He couldn’t have done more to show us every possible detail and make us comfortable ☺️
The apartment itself is clean, efficient and spacious…… and there were 8 of us….. we never really felt on top of each other.
The parking is 6/7 minute walk away but my advice is not to use your car unless necessary…… walk and use ferry’s to get a feel for the place. We did train into Venice and desanzano is THE best place on the lake if you want to explore Venice, Verona, Milan with the lake as your base.
The apartment is right in the hub of desanzano ( don’t worry noise is absolutely not an issue) bars, restaurants ( some discounted with your stay, we followed tiziano’s recommendation and went to the cave ( 1 minute walk) and it was beautiful) , the harbour, the market, the beach
Honestly the apartment and the location are magnificent and I’d be sad if I don’t go again!
If he could add a rooftop infinity pool that would be nice 🤪
