I loved everything about this property, i did researched its location prior to booking and it exceeded my expectations in every way. With magnificent views of the lake and quiet which is what I wanted.
The staff were amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly, they couldn’t have been more helpful.
The fresh bread rolls every morning 😍
It was everything I had hoped for and would definitely return.

Fantastic views of the lake. Lovely staff. Lots of character, good sized pool with views and lots of space to sit around it in the olive grove. Definitely worth paying extra for an apartment with a balcony or terrace. We got really lucky with our 1,000 sqft roof terrace!
A fair 20 minute walk up or down hill into desenzanocentre, , but it was our choice to go without a car so we knew that it would be like that and the exercise probably did us some good. Pity there's no supermarket or corner shops nearby.

Quiet location, really well maintained grounds, excellent spacious rooms, beautiful views, excellent pool area
It’s a little way from Desenzano, you need a car or you’ll struggle for readily available food/drink

The property itself was old and rustic with beautiful new apartments within - truly magnificent! More than expected. Large, quiet, clean, well equipped with very welcoming staff.
Nothing we didn’t like.
