The view is amazing, located right on the edge of Lake Garda .... great location just outside the main part and port of Desenzano,..... we loved Desenzano......better option than staying in the more busy Sirmione. Reception and bar staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Contact by email with the hotel between booking and date of arrival was excellent, very helpful and prompt replies. Room size was really good ( we did get a free upgrade to a lake view room). Tea and coffee-making facilities, and the fridge, were very welcome (don't always get those in Italy).
If (when) visiting again we would request/want to book a room on a higher floor with a balcony to fully appreciate the view and location.
Nothing we didn't like - a really comfortable stay (2 nights)

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The Hotel was directly located on the lake with beautiful views of the lake. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Located close to downtown Desenzano, which was a short walk away.
I would have loved to have had a balcony with the lakeview, but they do not have one for 3 people. Nothing else to complain about, everything was great.

Location, evening restaurant- good food and loved the view. Easy walk and very close to town and market and ferry jetty. Excellent.
Rooms felt a little tired and needs a bit of updating with the bed mattress should be changed as too old and hard really. Choice of pillows could be offered.

Good location, courteous staff
Even for Italy this is a mid range 3 star at best, uncomfortable beds, tired bathrooms, old fashioned decor and mediocre breakfast. Value for money was pretty poor the best thing is the location.
