Excellent location, short easy walk to loads of restaurants, cafes, the ferry port and a beautiful walk beside the lake. Supermarket very close by. The property was very spacious, beds were super comfortable. Air con was perfect and easy to use. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a ferry timetable and map of the area upon arrival. We were really impressed at the private outdoor space we had - balcony space off of the bedrooms with side table and chairs, off of the living room was a large dining area, and sun loungers. We had the 2 bedroom lake view apartment. We loved everything about the property and if returning to the area would book it again without hesitation.
We saw few ants in the bathroom on a couple of occasions but we just disposed of them with tissue, the property was clean and it is an issue that could easily happen at home so it wasn’t something I’d raise as a problem.

Great location and the whole place was very well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was lovely and much needed in the August heat.
Apartment was modern, spacious and had nice space on the balcony also.
The bed was very firm and I actually like a firm bed but this was very very firm.
I think the cleaning only once a week only wasn’t enough for the price paid and they wouldn’t do any bins or kitchen either so we ended up with a lot of trips to bin area. Also they wanted all rubbish sorted which would be no problem but they should provide separate bins to do this in the apartment as I was searching around then for extra bags etc to bring things down, quite annoying.
Also the small bar for snacks and drinks was closed for a few hours in the afternoon which is just exactly when we were at the pool and would have liked access to snacks and drinks during this time.

I liked the big apartment, many dishes and able to cook, big balcony.
During our stay, they did NOT change towels!!! Even when we asked for it!!! did NOT clean the room, did NOT through trash!!! Did NOT fill toilet paper!!! It never happened to us, in any place in Europe!
