The hotel itself is inside a heritage attraction. There is a 20-30min introduction of the surrounding and also recommendation of sightseeing spots nearby hotel and within Suzhou ancient spots. Just that they used the word TOUR so was quite misleading as I thought it will be a walking tour around the hotel. The introduction was 10.30am and 3pm daily.
The swimming pool was not the kind of leisure friendly. It was mainly used for swim classes and it was not fun at all.
The hotel itself doesn't have strong security as basically anyone can walk thru the hotel and even follow until the room corridor. Hopefully they have a way to make the hotel more secured. The breakfast venue ventilator was not that good as the whole restaurant has very strong oily deep fried smell.

The price for a suite room is cheap, but still with a catch
The hotel itself is fine, but the management is not very prompt, although I wouldn’t necessarily say it is bad
The English ability of most of the staff is quite limited, which made communication difficult.
More concerning was the payment issue. The hotel debited my credit card for one night (CNY 777) three days before my arrival without informing me by email, and it was never mentioned during check-in or check-out. I only discovered this after checking my credit card transactions.
When I tried to resolve the issue by calling the hotel, they repeatedly asked me to contact Booking.com. However, my booking condition with Booking.com was “Pay at the hotel,” and Booking.com did not charge me anything. The hotel charged my card without Booking.com’s involvement. Only after I became quite frustrated did they say they would investigate the matter.
Eventually, I had to ask a Chinese friend to help communicate with them. At the time of writing, the hotel has acknowledged the debit and promised to refund it as soon as possible, but I have not yet received the credit on my credit card.
