Location is super close to the gondola, everyone in the staff was super supportive and helpful - anything from trouble to find my keys to checking in with me about how they can continuously support me about using discounts I got through the hotel, and as mentioned by other reviews the breakfast was great, with great variety and great taste.
The facilities, furniture etc. is clearly dated, so don't expect highest luxury or a modern feel

Every day there was a variety of both local and international food options. Everything was delicious! warm coffee and hot chocolate. perfect for a ski holiday. The service was amazing and welcoming.

My stay at Bariakov Family Hotel was truly outstanding. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel’s location - just a short six-minute walk to the gondola, which makes it incredibly convenient for skiing or going out at any moment of they day/night. At the same time, it’s tucked away from the busy streets, so it remains wonderfully quiet and perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
The breakfast was delicious and homemade, with a great selection of both sweet and savory options - plenty to keep you full and satisfied for the day. Veronika was an amazing host; she even arranged a reservation for us at Bariakov Tavern, where we had a fantastic experience.
I will definitely stay here again every time I visit Bansko.
