Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling, from the management to every team member.
Special thanks to Ms. Rafika and Mr. Ayouni at the reception for making our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were cleaner than expected, the spa was very relaxing, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits.
A perfect family vacation—we felt treated like royalty. We highly recommend and will definitly come back!

Food was great quality and now just show off it was fresh and quality
Reception team was amazing
Imed Ayed went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were prefect and personally came out to explain where our pick up etc be as he was off on departure day
People like him are an asset to the business

The location was great, the hotel is large and very modern and clean. We loved the pool and slide. Cleaners were amazing! We were allowed 2 cots for both our babies! The shower pressure was great. Lovely balcony with amazing views! The air conditioning was brilliant too.
Had to pay for the sauna facility. The all inclusive food is only open certain times (which is usually fine, but out of hours is bit hard with kids).
