Great view, friendly staff. Food was great always something different.
Drink selection could be better, we were not drinking alcohol so wasn’t much to choose from. Could have enjoyed some mocktails and non alcoholic ciders or beers.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but there are definitely a few downsides.
One thing I really appreciated is that almost everyone speaks English — even the waiters in the restaurant. That’s something I rarely experienced in Tunisia, and it made communication so much easier.
A huge shoutout to the manager, Fatma. She handled everything professionally, was incredibly kind and approachable, and helped me with many different things throughout my stay. She definitely made the experience much better.
Another big plus goes to the animation team. They’re genuinely positive, friendly people who make you feel welcome and create a great atmosphere.
My husband unfortunately suffered from food poisoning during our stay. When I asked at reception about medication, they didn't have any, but they kindly explained where I could find a pharmacy.
Once again, I'd like to thank Fatma. She personally called a doctor to ask which medication would be best to buy from the pharmacy, and she also fulfilled all of my requests by arranging for plain boiled rice (without any spices) and regular tea to be delivered to our room so my husband could recover.
As for the food, there were a few dishes that had a spoiled smell, particularly some of the dressed salads and sauces. There was also quite a lot of food that looked good but was simply lacking in flavour.
The drinks at the pool bar were disappointing as well. They were often served either in paper cups labelled for coffee, which definitely took away from the cocktail experience, or in glasses that had a very unpleasant smell, making them difficult to drink from.
Unfortunately, our bedding was not spotless either. The pillows had noticeable yellow stains, and the duvet also had several large stains.
