La ubicación es ideal, la atención del personal en general estupenda, destacando los recepcionistas. La limpieza es extraordinaria.

No hubo nada negativo

The location is why we came for a second stay this time staying 3 nights - and it did not disappoint - just steps away from the incredible beach, we enjoyed our morning walks along the golden sands before it got crowded for the day. The evening meals are delicious as are the breakfasts. We enjoyed the pre dinner drinks - the cocktails are well made and presented beautifully. I used the area around the hot tub to sunbathe the beds were really comfortable, I didn’t swim in the pool as we had the sea so near. The rooms are spacious we were in a premium room with all the usual comforts, the TV is not smart one so no chance of watching Netflix etc there is only BBC for English speakers. The toiletries were lovely and we both felt our room was clean on arrival and after the maids had been in each day. The balcony had a glorious view of the sea and beach.

We probably won’t return as we have now come up against this issue on both stays - most of the staff don’t seem very happy a smile would kill most of them, the two ladies at dinner were the exception they are both delightful. I’ll give you a few examples- 1.My husband tried to interact with the Barman asking what you called draught beer in Spanish etc no real answer just kinda ignored him- after dinner the same evening we went out for an evening stroll and returned for a nightcap - my husband went to the bar giving our order only to be told to sit down and you will be served - ok we then watched as he completely ignored us served another family seated before us and then served a family that arrived after us. We went upstairs as we were upset at this - we don’t know what the matter is but maybe it’s because we are from Britain? We stayed away from the hotel restaurant and bar on the last night as I didn’t want anymore stress. 2. We were asked by the hotel when we would arrive - I explained we would be arriving in our car at lunchtime and we would eat lunch at the hotel - they said perfect but your room might not be ready until 3pm Ok all arranged or so we thought! Arrived at the hotel, we received a fairly frosty reception the minute we asked to have a bollard key like last time “ there are no spaces for you you’ll need to park in town “ Where in town we asked “ in the town “ He started speaking under his breath and he was not professional even saying he had to do this too! We drove around the packed out town for an hour! Finally got back at 1.50 pm hot and upset as we would never have booked if we had been told parking is an issue. Not at all how we envisioned our arrival! This could all have been avoided if when they were messaging me they told us the issue with parking. I avoided this person for the rest of my stay He would be better working in an office!
