The rooms was clean and comfortable. The view was nice.
Valet parking is $28. It was obligatory because there was no self parking available due to a convention . The valet parking employee told us we could call from our room to request the car before leaving. This service was not available. We had to go to the valet parking counter to request the car. At checkout we had to go to the valet parking counter to pay for the valet since it is not possible to pay it as part of the checkout.
Using the funicular after five pm was a nightmare. There a very long line to get on the funicular (45minutes) since one of the funiculars was unavailable. Once we got on the funicular one of the employee told us that we had to get off since it was not working and that we had to go back to the line and wait for the other one that just started working. No control or organization.

Great location and a beautiful property
Quite badly run by staff. Everything like in house restaurants takes a very long time to book and there is a lot of inefficiency in operations. We were overcharged and it took 2 weeks to receive the money.
