Location!!!! You can’t have better in San Marino. The hotel is very close to the castles/towers. Private parking at the hotel was amazing! Very clean rooms, VERY nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Nice to have breakfast outside with an amazing view! We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Rosa and beautiful San Marino!

The location was excellent, you could get any better for exploring.
The air conditioning didn’t cool the room down we had the windows and shutters closed but we were still very hot in the room.

Location was excellent and directions for parking were appreciated.
Room was very small as was the adjoining bathroom. the latter was very cramped! Air conditioning very out dated and loud. Breakfast was acceptable although staff were surly when asked to replace empty fruit bowls and empty milk container.
