This is a perfect little hotel in Rome. You can easily find restaurants and bakeries in a walking distance. Metro is a couple of blocks away to take you to sightseeing, or you can ask the receptionist to get you a taxi. The staff is very knowlegeable and friendly. They seem to have an answer to everything.
The hotel doesn"t offer full breakfast, so they call it a little coffee corner. They offer hot coffee drinks, tea, juice, fruit and sweet rolls. As I understand, that IS breakfast for a lot of Italians. And it certainly was enough for me. But, if needed, there is a place nearby if you want something else.
The room has mini-split AC which works perfectly. And, if you are lucky to have a room in the fourth floor, you can enjoy your own private terrace. The elevator takes you as far as the third floor.
The room and bathroom were clean. The room was cleaned daily.
The hotel does ask customers to pay the hotel tax 6€ per day in cash separately from the hotel charges. But that is not a biggie, if you know it beforehand

The hotel was as expected for price and location. Close to metro station. Bus stop right out front. Walking distance to Fonzie's for burgers, Mama's for pizza by the weight and Guttilla Alta Gelateria for gelato. Friendly host who offered great suggestions for sites to visit. They offered juice, coffee, fresh fruit and packaged pastries to start our day. We got off a cruise ship and we're able to get there economically by train and taxi. We then took the metro to get to the airport. Located in a more residential area. We felt safe walking and saw many local joggers.
It all worked for us.

Staff were very helpful, room was very nice and clean.
Hotel is on a busy road which can be good for connections but makes it not the best noise wise. Not easiest building to find and there aren’t an array of shops close by- there is a Tigre not that far from the building.
