The staff were amazing. It was so lovely to be met by such kind and friendly reception staff after a long and tiring journey with 2 kids. Thank you!
The air conditioning isn't controlled by the guest. It is set on an automatic temperature chosen by the hotel. Ours was on 21 and we asked them to change the settings, which they kindly did, however, I think it wasn't working properly as it was uncomfortably hot all night.

The silence and the staff.
Breakfast expensive et very simple. Not enough fresh fruits and pastries.
No mini bar in the room and impossible to find alcool.

I booked a room with 2 separate beds. I for an e-mail confirmation that this was confirmed OK through booking. When I got there I was told there’s no such room and I have to accept a single bed bedroom. Unacceptable. I was not travelling with someone with whom I could share my bed
