Location, location, location. We were staying for the music festival and it's in a perfect location bang in the middle of everything. It has a good car park too. Staff are helpful and friendly. This was the third time we've stayed.

Location, comfortable bed, stylish decor, powerful shower, soft towels
Lukewarm breakfast which was poor value for money, and was taken to the wrong table, we had to tell the member of staff that it was ours.
