Great breakfast. Exceptional coffee. Helpful stafff.

Noise. It was always going to be noisy and they did poimt thay out.

It was nice a central to restaurant’s and bars

The location was amazing right in the centre of Hertford. The rooms were well furnished and a good size. We were staying overnight with friends who had just married in the local Registry Office and the front desk were great and brought us all a bottle of fizz to celebrate. - a really nice touch.

We only stayed for one night and we didn’t have any hot water when we returned to our room after a long day and evening out but assumed maybe we were not turning the taps the right way. In the morning still no hot water - so a freezing cold shower as we had to check out and head off to work early. We flagged it with the Front reception who said they would would investigate and contact us as we had to leave. No call, no contact. Not a great experience so I can’t recommend unfortunately. We also had a room at the back of the hotel and as soon as the kitchen started in the morning the generator created a huge amount of noise and smell. It was also a warm night and although there were two fans provided in the room in was incredibly hot and really difficult to sleep.
