It was a great location as we had to stay in Sale as the roads to our home town were closed due to a bushfire. The girl on reception was extremely helpful, getting us extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and in a great location as it was central to everything.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating enabling us to upgrade our room to suit our needs better.
The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The position was great - we could walk to the shops and also the botannical gardens.

Great location near the town centre, easy to find and parking was plentiful.
They advise that the room will be serviced and then don’t do it.
Room was not very clean, stains on carpet and lounge chair, kitchen floor looked like it had not been washed in weeks. Used shower cap hanging behind bathroom door.
