Breakfast was great, I was disappointed when I found out I had to buy a whole bottle of champagne in order to get a Mimosa, but Frank the facility manager has managed to accommodate me on this -big THANK YOU to you Frank, and also to Regina (hope I recalled it correctly) and to the rest of the Alive crew, love the omelettes too! I particularly love their red wine (Italian) bottles -and thank goodness they are not chilled :) I appreciated the fact that I could just a buy a bottle for dinner and take it back to the my villa either to finish it OR bring it back the following evening -which I did few times. ALL the crew from Alive were very attentive. the Upperdeck as well. The foie gras and lamb chops at Souffle de Vie were remarkable and I pared it with the red wine bottle I had from the night before. The housekeeping kept my villa well tended and accommodated my coffee drinking habit. My strolling around the resort with my dog in the morning, afternoon, and evening provided me quiet times alone with my dog going for a nice walk -always important to me when I travel as I travel all the time with my dog for 12 years now all the way from the US. Lastly, but not the least, is a special thank you to Candice, for the chair yoga, she was particularly conscientious after I mentioned to her that I have a Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. THANK YOU to all till next time, hopefully with my 3 sisters -and of course with Abbey, my 12 year old furry companion.

THE ROOM was unclean. Bedsheets with stains and pillows we re old and out of shape. Bathroom was also unkept, soap dish in the shower were full of old soap suds. Towels are too old and discolored.
Upon arrival in the room we didnt have towels and had to wait until the evening to get one, 1pc when we re a couple. We had to ask everytime to change our towels for the remainder of our stay. The room is beautiful, but it needs a good deep clean as the rooms smells moldy.
THE RESTAURANT needs an update too. We we re given the menu but 70% in it was not available when we order. There was only 2 wine selection and when we ordered the bottle we wanted it was out of stock.
The food did not arrive at the same time. I had to share my food with my husband as he was so hungry waiting for a long time. His food arrived 15mins later and it was cold.
THE BREAKFAST area was also uninviting. We book our long weekend with The Farm to have a peaceful and quiet weekend and yet the breakfast area was chaotic, noisy and the food doesnt look appetizing.
