it has an access to the pool
looks good but not reasonable to its price. the room is small and the amenities not complete

The rooms are indeed excellent. Not only that all our needs were provided by the staff. I even forgot an item and they secured it for me until I had time to get it. The staff are incredible-one call with our room needs and they are outside the room. They even packed our breakfast because we had to check out early. the service is excellent and the rooms are worth the price.
The only thing to improve I guess are the hotel slippers-they are too thin and difficult to walk and not really slip proof. Also, we were initially double charged with the extra bed we requested (this was already included in the initial charges) but this was easily rectified by the kind staff and got refunded before all the guests got checked in. They were incredibly patient too.

"The executive suite was really spacious and comfortable. There are even 2 bathrooms which is good since we are traveling as a family."
