It was a beautiful location to stay in in Paarl. We were upgraded to a Terrace Suite which was a lovely surprise and spacious as we were staying 4 nights. The attention to detail was outstanding and the room was so beautifully decorated. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and a welcome cocktail and sweet treat in the room on arrival as it was my husband’s birthday. The breakfast options were excellent and it was served in a beautiful location with beautiful views at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat in the restaurant but we did have room service which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Very nice amenities in the bathroom too. On check out we also received two bottles of water presented in a lovely GR bag.
There is nothing bad to say.

Good location and setting
Rooms are a bit run down. The TV had only a few international channels. Staff in the dining room did not really look interested in their job. No buffet at breakfast, everything has to be ordered from the menu.
