Fantastic views from the deck over the dam, perfect for a relaxing sundowner. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pools as well. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast&dinner on offer delicious. The rooms are spacious, but we didn't spend much time indoors, especially since we were surrounded by so many things to do in the area.

The location is great! The views are nice!
The first room we got to the lights weren’t working. After they moved us to a different room, the TV wasn’t plugged in. The quilt/throw on the bed was also stained.
Some basic checks that I feel were missed.
The reception staff was great at trying to solve the issue himself, but I think there should be more staff or support for him.
At breakfast, the waiter was very unfriendly, sighing when taking our order. My order- the full continental breakfast- only consisted of yogurt, muesli and fruit even though the menu stated it includes: breads, pastries, cheeses and cold meats. The juice canister was also empty and when asking they provided juice that tasted similar to Oros.
A lot can be improved, to fit in with the beautiful decor and location.
