Impeccable service and wonderful room. Appreciated the kimonos and bery nice breakfast.
Public bath had a loud TV in the sauna which was not in keeping with the zen relaxation nor was the music

Excellent location, with very friendly and helpful staff. A great bonus is the on-site onsen, available for guests to use during their stay.
The property didn’t feel particularly authentic to us; it felt a little too curated and designed around tourists rather than offering a truly local experience. The beds were also not particularly comfortable, and unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing in terms of both quality and selection.

The only main room where one could relax have a cup of tea or taste sake.
Overall hotel must be renovated. Everything is old. The private onsen has no charm and isn’t a place where one to stay. The Japanese breakfast, served in a room like a canteen, is the worst we had during our 15 days in Japan.
