The location on the seafront is excellent. The shower was one of the best I've come across in hotels - easy to get the right temperature, decent pressure, controls that don't slip out of your hand when soapy etc.
No lift, but that's only an issue with luggage for me.

Only stayed a night but nice room, good space, decent bed. Tea station in room always gets a thumbs up.

Location was great
Owners were helpful when I made a mistake with the check in time and they waited for us; also helpful with check out.
WiFi did not work for days and the TV in the room was working on and off.
Room was clean mostly, but toilet had loads of dust inside the bath, for some reason.
Room was too small for 2 people.
