Exceptionally large room with separate dressing room and a wonderful view . Lovely staff, very friendly. The whole place had a really welcoming atmosphere . Sumptuous public seating area on 1st floor with grand piano one could play! Easy parking right outside! And a great price. Incredible value .
Breakfast was not hot as kept in self-service containers rather than individually cooked, but good quality and plenty of choice. Plain decor, small paper napkins and lack of decoration in the dining room, which otherwise had stunning sea views.

the breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, and tasted very good, staff are very polite, and helpful.
really pleased with our stay, its the second time we have been there, and will definitely stay again.
