Fab location in the old town easy to find and on site parking. Lovely historic building with many quirky features. Friendly welcoming staff.
Small room with sloping floors but with en suite facilities interestingly squeezed into the medieval building, with its rustic old beams and exposed brickwork.

Location excellent. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Thanks also for the reduced rate on parking at the Victor Hugo carpark. Good price.
Rooms could benefit from some refurbishment.

The location of this hotel was perfect, in the city but in the noise. The buffet breakfast in the morning was absolutely fabulous, fresh croissants and such a variety on offer.,
Although our host was friendly there was a lack of information provided on arrival, sadly they could not provide parking and again the information provided was limited, with very little English spoken. The hotel itself is located in a very historic part of town and sadly the internal condition reflects this. The overall decor is very tired and in some parts dirty. Our room was tiny and so was the shower room. The silicon/grouting in the shower was mouldy and there is no air con. They do provide a small table top fan though. As part of a very large hotel group I would have expected a lot more.
