Called taxi for us when needed and provided helpful info like Korean address of the hotel for taxi
Charging cables at reception and common area for microwave

Recommend adding hooks or a rail to hang towel for second guest in bathroom

The location is very centralized, with a station just a 5-8 minute walk away. Lotte Department Store is just right behind, and the Seomyeon main commercial district is a 10-15 minute walk. You are not close to the noise but not far from all the activities. The hot tub fills and drains at a reasonable speed, and the room is overall spacious and comfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the centre and you have everything you need in the vicinity. The room is very clean and comfortable. We even got a bigger tv while being there!
