Good location and amazing value for money
Felt the springs in the bed when sleeping and the lever on the toilet was loose

The location is perfect and the room was nice for the price that we paid
We had to wait 10/15 min to get hot water as ou room was far + the room was a little cold

The location of the hotel is very close to the Busan shopping district Seomyeon.
The bed was very comfortable and the room is as shown in the pictures.
The walls are thin and not very soundproof, so you might be disturbed if you don't have a tight sleep.
Also the staff is not present 24h seven and you have to text or call them, which could be annoying if you are an international traveler.
All details for check-in were present on the front desk, so you can self check-in if the staff is not present.
The bathroom is very small and already older.

The location of the guesthouse is great. So many restaurants and shops around. And close to subway to get around where you need. Wifi provided. Has a shared kitchen and offered a light/simple breakfast.
The room was much smaller than expected for 3 people. The bathroom is very small and when you shower, everything gets wet. Only two outlets worked in the whole room, meaning we could not use the wifi provided. Beds were very hard and it was very noisy from the street below. Our mini fridge did not work and place looked outdated.
