The breakfast was very nice and the access to the water also very special!
The property is a bit distant from downtown with most cabs only accepting cash as payment. One can easily take a long walk to the city and enjoy the view!

Price paid was too much for such hotel. Not near town (always needed a taxi to go in town and back). Access to the beach is complicated. There was no service prior to New Years Eve (nothing to buy for drinks or any other). Had to restock in town from supermarket.
The AC unit was pointing exactly on the beds, impossible to use it while sleeping.
