This resort is in a great location. Overall is very clean, staff is amazing, and entertainment was a lot of fun. My family found the food to be very good.

The hotel is ok. Needs to change lot of things. The variety of the food needs to improve, the options provided are not too good or famous mexican dishes as expected.
The night shows are ok, however the DJ was a disappointment.
They need to do more activities at the pool, specially for kids,teenagers.
When it comes to reservations at their 2 special restaurants, you can only do 1 reservation per stay, unless you stay more than 5 nights, you can do 2 reservations.
The food at the seafood restaurant was really good.
I also feel they need more snacks during the day.
Coffee shop should be open longer, most people like to drink coffee during the day.
