Team working at the reception was kind and helpful. Location was very central, close to the river and major attractions. Bathroom was rather small but functional. Great individual AC.

The hotel location is great, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean. They have a few parking spots in a garage at a cheaper rate than most places, which you can use if available. Overall we had a great stay.
They're pretty strict with check in. We arrived 20 min early and they asked us to leave our bags and come back. When we called about parking on our way in, they told us to park in a different lot, and we only found out about the cheaper lot after arriving. It was a bit of a pain to have to go back and move the car

Very convenient location, close to most tourist spots. The staff can help arrange/book a shuttle bus to airport.
No fridge in the room and no lift in the building where our room is located. Also the hotel is inside the area where cars can't get in so we need to drag our luggages for some distance to take the shuttle.
