It was very comfortable with coffee & tea making facilities which we didn’t always have in Slovenia. Very pretty garden area for breakfast and really charming decor.
Easily walkable to the main sights
There were a lot of wasps outside which did detract a bit from our breakfasts!

The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was good, eggs cooked to your liking.
Apart from breakfast, nothing. I requested a ground floor room. It was the worst room I ever stayed in, from this website. I do not know how it got its rating. The room was tiny, nowhere to put or open two suitcases. The bed was jammed against the wall. Cheap linen, threadbare towels and the bathroom (tiny) flooded every time you showered. The decor was dated, the room noisy at night and so stuffy. It was a 15min walk I to town (which you don't need after touring around all day). Overall couldn't wait to get out of there. I forgot to mention the spider, bugs on floor and flies in the room.
