The bed was comfortqble, the food was OK, and the smell was good! There was always free parking spot.
The soap dish was missing and we booked for three people, but only was 2 glasses.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast, a lot to choose from. Cool little hamburger restaurant right next door.
Even though parking was only a few dollars daily rate, I think it should have been FREE parking. After all, it is their own parking lot.

The whole building's made with good quality stuff. I mean, it's rare for a hotel owner not to cut corners on quality for construction and design costs. What I see is that the owner put guest comfort before more rental profit. Pretty good quality and comfy bed, perfect ventilation in the main room, shower, and toilet. Big balconies, really quiet room – if you close the door and window, you might not even hear New Year's Eve fireworks nearby, and there's so much more good I could say about this hotel. I'd totally recommend it.
Missing a fridge/minibar in the room I choose. The entire floor and room temperature were too high, but we quickly adjusted the room temperature upon arrival and then it was fine.
