This was my third stay. Hotel is really good. Rooms are big, beds and pillows great.
Breakfast is perfect. Employees are professional and very nice.

Everything about the hotel starting from staff to maintenance and rooms, access to hotel from city centre everything is really well taken care of.
Everything was well managed and maintained. Amazing hotel to stay.

The breakfast was great with all the options especially the healthy choices
The room was a good size not crumped at all
The staff, especially the front desk, were all really good, friendly, and helpful. They made up for the disappointment a bit.
The gym was the best and biggest I had ever come across. I used to think the Shangri-la in Pudong was the best, now you beat it!
The disappointments for me were:
1. no executive lounge, so no quiet options for breakfast, no rest and relax place and happy hour options
2. no swimming pool, I was looking forward to a swim as the one in Athens was a disappointment
it is a little too far out of the city but I guess the bus made up for it and you can't relocate. Although one may not book it knowing how far it is to the city

The room was good and cleaned quite well everyday
The food options in the breakfast for vegetarians were very limited. We requested the staff to at least add a couple of vegetarian dishes but they didn't - the menu was the same every day. We requested some additional fruits for the baby which was denied - we were told that only what is seen in the Buffett is what is available. This would have been okay had it not been a 4 star hotel. While travelling with a toddler, we were expecting at least few of our requests when it comes to baby's food or veg options would be considered. If you're a non vegetarian, you'll have no problems. However, if you're from Asia or vegetarian, the breakfast situation will be tough.
