Osim te vode po podu kupatila - sve je bilo odlično.

Lako dostupan hotel. Blizu obilaznice.

Voda u kupatilu je curila sa više mesta. Sa slavine na lavabou, propuštao je stakleni zid na kadi... Uglavnom, dosta vode na podu, a kupatilo je normalno korišćeno. Radi se o sobi 426.

Więcej minusów niż plusów a przy zmianach może być spoko. Ocena 6-7.

Dobre śniadanie, ładny duży pokój, miła obsługa szczególnie na posiłkach.

Relatywnie bardzo drogi parking 30 euro za dobę. Siłownia w obiekcie płatna co jest słabe skoro jest w hotelu. Przy check in nie można zostawić samochodu przed obiektem tylko trzeba znaleźć sobie parking poza hotelem i przynieść bagaże lub zostawić bagaże i pojechać zaparkować samochód.

Solides Hotel mit etwas gehobenem Preis

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein komfortables Zimmer, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar (wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs), aber weit außerhalb vom Zentrum.

Das Personal war wenig hilfsbereit und hat uns nicht über kostengünstigere Parkmöglichkeiten aufgeklärt. Die Parkgarage beim Hotel ist überteuert: Sie ist kaum genutzt und der Teil, der zum Hotel gehört, ist mühsam erreichbar im 3. Untergeschoss.

Най-добрият хотел в Любляна и моят пръв избор при всяко пътуване до тази дестинация. За мен разположението е перфектно. Персоналът е образец за персонал, с внимание към госта и отношение към всеки детайл. Винаги е много чисто. Закуската е богата и разнообразна. Винаги си тръгвам с прекрасни впечатления! Благодаря!

Comfortable but staff unhelpful

Amazing!

Phenomenal place to stay! Exceptional hotel with great staff. It's also located at walking distance from Cvetlicarna club which makes it a great place to stay if you're coming to Ljubljana for a concert.

Чистотата в хотела, персонала - много усмихнат, изключително любезен!

Закуската беше много богата, но през различните дни, почти нямаше нови предложения. Не ни хареса, че спа услугите, въпреки че хотелът е СПА, не бяха включени в цената. Също така паркинга беше с допълнително заплащане за престоя.

Boa, a menos da impossibilidade de as minhas filhas frequentarem a piscina jacuzzi.

O pequeno-almoço é bom. Embora afastado do centro, a localização é boa, com estacionamento barato (parquímetros) nas ruas da redondeza e com autocarro para o centro em frente ao hotel.

Poderiam tentar insonorizar mais o quarto em relação ao barulho dos carros que vem da rua, bastante movimentada. A grade colocada na janela, não me parece suficientemente segura, nomeadamente para um oitavo andar e com crianças. O que mais me desagradou, foi o facto de me terem dito, quando telefonei para o hotel especificamente para o efeito, que as minhas filhas de 6 anos poderiam frequentar as piscinas jacuzzi do SPA, tendo-me inclusive sido dito que o hotel disponibilizaria toucas e chinelos para essa utilização. Essa informação foi confirmada aquando do check-in pelo funcionário da receção. Quando tentámos utilizar as piscinas jacuzzi, apresentando-nos no SPA já em robe, fatos de banho e chinelos, foi-nos dito que só a partir dos 18 anos é que era permitida a frequência, o que naturalmente deixou "de rastos" as minhas filhas, tendo-nos provocado por isso uma situação muito desagradável. Quando transmitimos o ocorrido na receção, disseram que iram tentar encontrar uma solução, o que não aconteceu.

Terrible

The room was very nice, since we got an upgrade.

1. We couldn't reach the reception, as someone has to open the gate after we had to go to the reception in the rain. 2. Parking is available only for few cars in the front if you pay 20-25 per 24 hours, another parking is available at the basement for a rate of 35 euro per 24 hours, or 30 euro per night. 3. Spa is not available to the guests as they have to pay extra. They do not even get a discount for being guests at the hotel. 4. Reception staff, some of the people are rude during explanation. 5. Breakfast probably is good, but I have no opinion as I would never pay 24 euros for a breakfast at this hotel. All these 5 very important aspects, destroy whatever could be good for this hotel. I am travelling twice a month for business and pleasure, and I am goings to various hotels in many countries. The shareholders of this hotel, must sit down, and change the whole image of this hotel, if they want this to succeed. Thank you. Marinos Kritikos

Vrhunski hotel, velika in prostorna soba, zelo okusen in obilen zajtrk

Odličen in okusen zajtrk z veliko izbiro jedi. Lokacija zelo dobra, blizu avtoceste, pa vseeno dobrih 5 minut do centra Ljubljane.

Capodanno meraviglioso

Era tutto perfetto, dallo staff ai servizi. Collegata bene coi mezzi al centro di Ljubljana, abbiamo passato un capodanno stupendo. Ottimi anche gli hamburger del Winners Lounge, che si trova proprio nella hall. Vasca confortevole, camera molto spaziosa e letto davvero comodo.

Perfetto!

Hotel molto accogliente, posizione ottima per andare comodamente in centro con fermata autobus direttamente sottostante. Molto pulito e personale cordiale. Consigliato.

Unica osservazione: nel bagno c'è una vasca che fa anche da doccia, ma il vetro è forse un po' troppo piccolo e l'acqua tende ad uscire parecchio.

Perfect Stay in Ljubljana

Really friendly staff and helped us extend stay as well as last minute check in without issue. Also the hotel is slightly out of the City Centre which is good as it is less noisy and o slept really well.

Отличный отель.

Удобная большая кровать и подушки. Звукоизоляция на высоте. Очень чисто. Большой номер и раздельный туалет. В целом хороший дизайн и вкусный завтрак. Обязательно вернемся сюда. Great value for money. Удобный выезд на окружную дорогу.

Мало места для парковки. Непопали в СПА, так как он был на реконструкции. Но говорят что скоро откроют и он очень большой. В номере небыло гигиенических наборов.

Great

Very kind staff and comfortable bed. The room was also very big and had a lot of sunlight in the morning, which we liked. The place has it’s own parking.

Slight disappointment

Friendly and helpful staff. Good massage and relaxation options. Breakfast was tasty and many options to choose from. Free taxi ride from airport.

Beds were really uncomfortable, bed sheets were terrible. Room itself is badly planned and worn down. It was clean, but clearly not worth the price we paid for the stay. We had airconditioning, but till the end we did not understand how it functions. There are no indication what does the settings mean - you just have to guess.
