We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely rebook if we came back to Ljubljana. The location was excellent roughly a 10 minute walk from both the old town/city centre and the train station, which made it really convenient for exploring and travelling.
The whole check-in and check-out process was done online, so we didn't actually speak to anyone during our stay, but everything was straightforward. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in as we arrived early, which was really appreciated, and we were kindly able to check in around an hour early.
The room itself was lovely. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! There was plenty of wardrobe space, a table for eating, a lovely bathroom and a really nice shower. We also had a coffee machine with pods, which was a great touch. There were some basic cooking facilities and a dishwasher, so the room would work really well for a longer stay too. There is also a Lidl around a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
The pool area was nice and had a great view, although the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos. There were also limited sun loungers, so we ended up sitting on chairs further up. It became very busy after around 5pm, so I'd recommend going in the early afternoon if you want a quieter experience. Realistically, we found the pool was most enjoyable with only around three people in it at a time.
We really liked having the bar by the pool too. You could order using the QR codes, which was particularly useful if there wasn't anyone at the bar. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view.
There was also a café downstairs. We didn't book breakfast, although afterwards we wished we had as it looked really good but at €20 per person we decided it was a little more than we wanted to spend.

We stayed in Ljubljana for 2 nights, the apartment was in a perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and old town. The apartment was clean and very quiet, check in was all digital and was very easy. The rooftop pool is a great touch too but it is small, it was a little busy when we tried to go up.

Location was good. Did not have the breakfast but my friends said it was not good.
I requested for the double bed to be made into twin beds. It was not done and I had to follow up 3 times!
Office staff said they put in the request, but housekeeping did not carry it through.

The room was lovely and comfortable and the check in process was nice and easy, great location in the old town and a beautiful rooftop pool.
The breakfast was very underwhelming and overpriced, for 20€ each it only included a very small buffet of cold food, and eggs cooked to order. Had this been better communicated to us we would not have booked the breakfast and would have simply gone elsewhere or ordered from their main menu. We were also told that the free cocktail offer which had been advertised to us multiple times following our booking as we were only staying for two nights- it is understandable that this is only offered for longer stays but, again, this was not communicated to us until we got there. We were also disturbed at 8am by loud repeated drilling in the room next door to us.
